Thats more like a physical equipment rather than a software. You should get a logitech webcam. You can just watch yourself on the screen using the webcam rather than get a physical mirror to put on the monitor. If you place a mirror on the monitor, then you wont be able to see the screen.
Go to http://www.overstock.com to get a webcam, they sell it cheap on that site. Or you can try going to radioshack or a bestbuy or any computer media store to purchase one. You dont have to pay more than $20 for a decent one, the ones that have high quality imaging is more like $80-$150.

Well, one thing you can do is position a mirror right next to your monitor, but if you don't feel like doing that, then you better buy one heck of a good webcam, Usually webcams aren't that clear and you will see pixels making you see things wrong or making you not see what is accually there.
If you want every detail of your face, just buy a small mirror and put it next to your computer

You would probally need to buy a webcam and set it to watch you 24/7. Or you could find a piece of mirror that is the size of your monitor and put it on when you want it, and take it off when you don't. A lot cheaper and easier.

I don't think that can be done.
Here's why;
Early mirrors were usually a sheet of polished metal, often silver or copper, for example the Aranmula kannadi.
Most modern mirrors consist of a thin layer of aluminium deposited on a sheet of glass. They are back silvered, where the reflecting surface is viewed through the glass sheet; this makes the mirror durable, but lowers the image quality of the mirror due to extraneous reflections from the front surface of the glass. This type of mirror reflects about 80% of the incident light. The "back side" of the mirror is often painted black to completely seal the metal from corrosion.
Your computer monitor is;
A liquid crystal display (LCD) is a thin, flat display device made up of any number of color or monochrome pixels arrayed in front of a light source or reflector. It is prized by engineers because it uses very small amounts of electric power, and is therefore suitable for use in battery-powered electronic devices.
OR your monitor is;
The cathode ray tube or CRT, invented by Karl Ferdinand Braun, is the display device that was traditionally used in most computer displays, video monitors, televisions, radar displays and oscilloscopes. The CRT developed from Philo Farnsworth's work was used in all television sets until the late 20th century and the advent of plasma screens, LCD TVs, DLP, OLED displays, and other technologies. As a result of CRT technology, television continues to be referred to as "The Tube" well into the 21st century, even when referring to non-CRT sets.
Good Luck! I just think it cannot be done due to reflection...
I don't think a webcam is the answer. From my knowledge of them they aren't very clear...
Just learn to get ready faster or turn the tv on the back ground so you can listen to it.

Take the load from installing heavy softwares...
Place your monitor screen away from any light (instead let the light hit your face)
Then, turn off the monitor.
Look into the blank monitor.
Hey presto, you got a makeshift mirror instead of a monitor!
