I'm expecting in a few months, but wanted to get my husband a great first father's day gift. What should I get him?

you should give him a whole day that is all about him. as soon as your child is born things will become hectic so give him a day where he is your focal point..

Here are some great Father's Day gift ideas for a first time dad:

1. A Sony handycam recorder or cyber-shot camera to record those precious first moments!

2. A "Dad" frame to hold a picture of the new baby.

3. A genealogy family tree to trace back his generations - Redenvelope.com sells a nice one.

You can find more unique Father’s Day gifts on Yahoo! Shopping’s Dads and Grads Gift Center:

Hope this helps!

I would say a watch, since they last for a long time. Either that or ties, depending on if he's a business man or not...
