Husband complained that I am not romantic enough. It's true I take him for granted. Thought I would surprise him with something tomorow to show him that I still love him and can still be romantic. My son is in nursery in the morning for three hours. This would be a good time. Thought of having a picnic breakfast on the beach. Anyone got any better ideas?

Try that for an opener but I would make plans for a nice weekend away and perhaps renew your marriage vows. Get someone to babysit and book a lovely room with flowers, a meal and theatre etc.Book your vow renewal for the morning you are to return home. Give him the outline of these plans and the date in a card with a tasteful small gift!!

Start with a shower together. Then breakfast (feeding one another) any where. Then send him love notes all day. And for a final touch. Let him get home first. Then when you turn up with nothing but a coat on! Tell him he has to wait till baby is asleep. As soon as your baby looks slightly tired, he will put him to bed. Then dive all over you. Just make him take his time though. It works for me.

Just a suggestion, not being crass or crude, but don't confuse a man's "romantic" with a woman's "romantic". The only picnic your husband probably wants ends up with you in the sack

Have him come home and leave a note at the door and the door unlocked. The note calls him a number of complimentary things (stud, fantastic lover etc) and directs him to the fridge. He opens the door and there is his favorite drink. Another note explains he needs to take the drink and drop his drawers--leave them there--and tells him to enter the bedroom. A note on the bedroom door says the cost of admittance is total nudity and...total arousal. He enters to find you sprawled on the bed..totally nude...blindfolded...with soft nylon ropes nearby...
On you prostate body is a note that simply says "take me."

........hmmm, men are not really into romance. They just look at it as a means to an end. Give him what he wants and then, while he's in the shower, pack his golf clubs in his car and send him off. He'll never forget it.
