I think Dachshunds are great but a Chiweenie is so much cuter. We actually had a mistake while breeding puppie and ended up with Chihuahuas mixed w/ Miniature Dachshunds. They are gorgeous!!!

Having adopted a rescue doxie in Dec from DRNA we have found him to be extremely bright and a loving friend. He got the idea about the dogie dog with 1 slice of cheese. We are thinking about getting him a buddy and no matter what anyone says, he puts a smile on peoples' faces whenever we are out with him. However, reseach shows that people in the US prefer Labs.

Not me, they yap way too much and are moody. They also have bladder problems. They will go pea everywhere when they are excited.
