It's not weird at all, don't rush into anything and just talk to him and get to know him better, when you are ready to take it to the next level do it. Make sure he is who he is, and see if you really like him as much as you think you do. Sometimes the idea is better than the real thing, but i completely understand where you are coming from the fact that without even knowing how he looks you are in love with his personality, and at the end of the day..that is all that matters.

dont fall for him just yet.
its ok to feel as if u guys click... but dont tell urself u like him.
its not weird but very risky.
i once emailed and even spoken on the phone with a guy that seemed like the perfect guy for me, only to realise he faked almost everything he said. it was a painful realisation.
so yeaa... if what u two have is based solely online... dont let yourself fall. until u meet him. (and be careful when u do) good luck!

I have had lots of disapointments with the same great emails, however I did meet my wife on the internet, so, just to say don't get your hopes up too high, good luck

girl.. i was in the same in boat.. i go to webdatedotcom, i met a guy there although we never had intentions of seeing each other at all.. we even laugh at some people from the site who seemed so pathetic to get dates but apparently we just learned liking each other.. it was a year ago and were still dating and getting deeper with each other..

i would say you should be very careful when talking to strangers online because they may not be what they sound like. I would not recommend getting into a relationship with someone online but you are the one who needs to make the decision and i can just wish you all the best :)

Especially not knowing how old you are...all I can say is go slow, use extreme caution, and if you ever do meet in person...make it in a very public place. Also, with-hold information such as your real address, phone number, etc until you are 110% sure it is safe.

I met my fiance online. It's a good way to get to really know someone. I would talk for awhile longer before you meet face to face.

there are lots of stalkers out there so just be careful and IM for a long time. if you don't have the same IM then get AIM cuz any one can get that
