Don't deny it! The mistake that a lot of people make is by trying to deny the fact that they love someone. Just accept the fact that they don't feel the same way about you. You are not going to get over it immediately. Its definetly going to take some time, but eventually another girl is going to come along and you are going to love her even more. At least she didn't lie and tell you she cares and doesn't.

Unfoirtunately, thousands of people are in your position each day. George Michael did a beautiful remake of a song entitled, "I Can't Make You Love Me" which will probably make anyone who has recently felt frustrated by love cry a little river. You will find it difficult to get her out of your head for awhile, at least until you find a replacement. It's tough, but just think: There is probably someone out there that is or was in love with you that you don't even think about anymore, right? People are attracted to certain things, and we can't change that. It's part of our sexuality, and we must accept it.

You don't have to get her completely out of your head. Are you at least friends? I have been in love with someone for over 10 years. We are both married to other people now and have children as well. We moved on with our lives. We will always have feelings but know that we have new loves in our lives now and things happen for a reason. Just gather yourself and move on.

Try to relax, discuss it with your best friend. You r not the first one neither the last one!!!... go out for a walk and meet new people. At the same time try to become her friend, so you get better known each other. You may be disappointed or she may just change her mind about you. And one last advice : Try to be urself when you're around her. Maybe she doesn't know who you really are!!!

sorry to say but there is nothing you can do. time is the only thing that will make you feel better. it may never go completely away but i promise it will get easier. i like to listen to music, it helps me through, dont go and find someone else right now to be your rebound like other peoples answers said...why would you want to make someone feel like you do now? thats not fair. take your time, and dont give up hope..there is someone else out there for you whether you think so or not. good luck! :)

smack your head against a wall. Listen to music. Go out with friends. Break a limb. Do something stupid.

Do drugs! It will take you to another world. Try finding a new hobby or a new girl to love.

To quote "10 Things....", "put here in your spank bank and forget about her" You just have to find another girl...you will always remember this one, but atleast it won't be because you are a creepy stalker of hers....

Find an outlet such as writing or drawing or something like that. In time it will all be memory.
