under california civil procedure 337; if file in again this breach of contract case, and the jugde dismissed this case, not taking into account at all this ccp 337 code, no allow me to enter my exhibits, nothing, just making such that I lost this case, period.

You have to analyze why it was dismissed and make sure you have your evidence clearly organized if you want it reopened.

If you lost your case, judgment for the defendant or respondent, after a trial, you do not get to re-litigate the case.

If your case was dismissed with prejudice because your offer of proof was such that the judge concluded you could not prove your case, you cannot refile.

If your case was dismissed without prejudice because the judge thought there might be evidence to support your claim but you were unable or unwilling to provide it in accordance with the rules of civil procedure (especially because you represented yourself and had no clue about rules of evidence), then you might be able to refile it. But you have to know why you screwed up the first time or you will just do it all over again.
