It asked how creationists explained the fish in Washington splitting into 2 different species. Is that offensive in some way? Does Yahoo check these things before they just delete them? Which one of you sneaky theists did it?

I've noticed actually, that the moderators here don't really look into this stuff very hard. I noticed I had a couple things deleted after that nutcase (you know the one I mean) had her nervous breakdown last week. :) She reported just about everything and everyone who remotely disagreed with her, and I noticed a lot of the posts were deleted. (Due to this, I went ahead and cleaned up her act for her, as well. :)

All you can do is return the favor. :)

Apparently, who ever is allowed to delete questions has an arbitrary and secret method for choosing.

I had a question deleted and when I inquired as to why, I received a form letter referring me to Yahoo guidelines. And they did not provide specifics as to why.

Apparently, it's like a popularity contest rather than an evaluation of the question.

Was it rude, hateful or insulting?

I don't know but when someone don't like some of my question, which I get out of the bible, they have them deleted

But I protected to that Yahoo group and sometime they put them back up, if I can prove them to be true and not hateful or hurtful

Protest them to yahoo

yahoo is secretly working for the CIA and will remove all intelligent questions so no person will ever be able to be enlightened here. but i'll settle for amusement, the dumb questions are kind of fun

If enough people report it, then they'll delete it. You'd have to contact Yahoo Answers and ask them how many reports they had, and reasons why.

Never saw that question, and no, I have no idea what could have been offensive about it.
