How do u get over when somebody dumps you? caus eyour ego is really hurt. and you dont understand how could he loves you so much and one day hate you so much.

Call your best gf out, hang out with her, check out other guys together !! there are plenty of cutes and good looking one around you. DO not let his action put your ego down. HE is just ANOTHER LOSER anyway. dress up, make urself sexy again, and you will see how many guys will surround you. Soon, he will be history. You have soo much to offer, if he didn't see that, then he must be blind, so why date a blind guy!!
See this as an opportunity to meet new ppl, new, successfull, handsome, nice and better one will come along. Concentrate on your work, be successfull in your work life, aim toward that promotion, take care of your health, your family and close friends ect... and once you are successfull in other area, your ego will boost up and you will see that this little guy wasn't worth your love. You are now out of his league !!! wayy too good for him !!!

Try to hang out with your friends, and meet new people. Staying in, and thinking about the ex will make you feel horrible. Going out want cure the hurt, but trust me it will help. Also cut all communication, and ties with the ex. That will also make it a lot easier. Never wander what you did, unless you cheated, because it usually is something within the person doing the dumping.

Chat on the net,call up your old friends for a get together,go shopping...But if you really love this person and want to forget him,my advice would be,get a pet dog or a cat for company and comfort.Remove all the CDs,his email,contact no,photos, images,gifts he gave you immediately.Nothing should be lying around that can remind you of him.Sometimes thinkin of those beautiful memories with your high school boyfriend can work wonders.

Um, he probably never really loved you... that's how. Not that you're not lovable, but no one goes from loving someone madly one day to dumping them the next. Either he was using you (which is his issue) or something clicked and he realized the 2 of you are not compatible. Better for the both of you to move on.

The saying goes- time heals all wounds-- you will heal over time. In my expertience the best way to get past this is to devote some time to maikng yourself fell better- depending on what you like- go to a spa, exercise, vegg out in front of the TV- take some ME time.

First he probably doesnt really hate you. The best way to get over being dumped is to find another person to hang with. Don't let him see you down. Don't call. Find new friend.

I'm sure he doesn't hate you. I'll tell you what I do, maybe it will work for you too. I often talk to my friends anout it or find someone to talk to. I also listen to happy music and try to aviod sadsongs and love songs, try to find someone else I may like to get my mind off of him, or do something that can keep your mind off of him like a sport where you can take your anger and/or hurt out through many different things!

They will eventually get over it.It takes a little time but it will be all right.Better find a new friend or hang out with your loved ones until the person can get over it.

I am going through the EXACT same thing right now. 7 years, and she just threw me away. The only anwer I have is NO CONTACT with the person at all, and give it all to God.
