I was just wondering. B/c a lot of ppl call me miget and stuff, and it's gets annouying cause I'm thinking they are wrong.

If you really like him, then the age shouldn't matter. Here is why age is such a big issue. People link age with maturity. When they are younger than you, it is naturally linked to immaturity, and for good reason. A year makes a huge difference in experiance. Right now, you are without a doubt applying for college, doing SAT, stuff like that. It's stuff he can't relate to. One thing that you said kind of sweeps this out of the way, however-"I like this guy..." Clearly you have feelings for him and immaturity is not a problem for you. If that is the case, then embrace it and go for it. My Aunt is 7 years older than my uncle and they have worked out great. Perhaps this guy is mature for his age and can relate to you better. I know I always liked older girls. So give it a chance...do you really have anything to lose by it?

I had to do a report on Dwarfism for my biology class. You may have a growth problem but I don't think its what "midgets" have. If you have a normal skeleton than you aren't a little person. Their bones are brittle and usually unaturally curved to the point where they have trouble walking or even breathing. Their skulls are also shaped differently. I know a woman in her late 30's thats about your height and she's not a midget. Some people are just tiny. My grandma is 4'8 I think, so don't worry about it.

height isn't the only factor is diagnosing someone as a little person. there are other medical factors to this too. your just short is all. next time someone calls you a midget or a little person, say something like," wow you must be the smartest person in the world, no one has ever made comment about how short i am. i did i live this long without you in my life" so basically you will make them feel small. maybe that will stop them.

You would qualify for the small people collegiate scholarship (which is for 4'10" and under). But, I don't think that you are technically a dwarf unless you have some type of specific dwarfism- you're probably just short.

not really, most "little people" are shorter than 4" i believe. you're just short.
relax. height ain't really a big deal nowadays.

im 5ft. im short.they call me shorty.doesnt really bother me.i cant change it.i sometimes wish i could be taller but oh well.dont let it bother you .
