Take her on a romantic dinner and right before the waiter comes with dessert ask pop the question or invite everyone you all know over your house and make her think something is wrong then just tell her how you feel in front of everyone then pop the magic question.

Awww...how sweet.. I love these questions...
You could do the traditional dinner proposal and all....but I like something a little more private and romantic...
So I would say...go to dinner and a movie or whatever...then go somewhere where the 2 of you can set on the hood of the car and look at the stars...Tell her how beautiful she is and how lucky you are...Tell her how perfect she is for you and that you want to spend the rest of your life with her...Then when you are just getting ready to leave and she is getting ready to get in to the car...get down on one knee(this is a rule or should be anyways)...and ask her to be your one and only...or whatever kinda thing you have thought up....but make it special...it is one night that she will remember for the rest of her life...

Do something original, something that she would not expect. Dinner is romantic yes, but not always memorable because it's always being done that way. Brendan Fraser had a shirt made that said Will You Marry Me? on it and had someone take their picture with a Polaroid camera and when the picture was taken he flashed open his jacket to reveal it and she saw it when it developed. That is something that takes some thinking. If you have a pet or a kid together you could always use them for it as well.

like dinner, and stuff
and be all sweet, buy flowers and stuff
and then ask her at the end of the date

Dont be cliche' unless you think she'll love it. the beach is beauritful, nicepicnic at sunset at the beach
