uh...hello. The Irish speak English. Do you mean Gaelic?


I know kiss my A55 is Gaelic is Póg mo thóin!

They say "good day", which is Dia dhuit

The word 'hello' is used by Irish speakers when answering the phone. Written in Irish it is spelt 'Haló'.
To greet somebody face to face you would say 'Dia dhuit!' (pronounced 'deeya gwit') which translates as 'God be with you'
