First off, are you former or current Military in another branch. If so it really easy to become a warrant officer in the Army as long as you have a clean record. Many of my former coworkers left the Navy and became warrant officers in the Army.

Second, do not talk to a recruiter yet. Try to find former warrant officers first, and talk to them. Recruiters are like car salesmen they will not tell you the bad side, only how great the engine runs. There are a handfull of sites out there that former military guys have to brag about their fromer service, find a couple that some W.O.'s have and email them for advice. Another good idea is to post questions on Military.com it is run by monster.com and has and incredible number of people on it.

To give you a better answer myself I would need to know if you have any type of college education, prior military training, and/or your age.
