Pretzels have refined flour and salt. If you need a crunch factor, try sliced cucumbers, carrots, or vegetable chips. Baked pita chips, Kashi TLC crackers, that type of thing.

I am actually eating pretzels right now and they are fat free (old dutch) abd have 110 cals but 0 are from fat. a serving size is about 32 pieces (I am eating pretzel sticks) and that seems like a lot for one serving so I dont think it should be bad for you.

Pretzels don't have a lot of calories, just a lot of salt. As long as you eat in the correct serving size you should be fine.

A few pretzels won't hurt you- just eat them in moderation (don't eat an entire bag).

Try peanuts they are higher in calories but provide tons of nutrients. Or rice cakes they come in different flavors so you can have salt or sweet.

Try the 100 calorie pack cheez-its and whatnot. BBQ ricecakes are really good as well.
