One of the fattiest things I know of is a cheese sandwich, dipped in a beaten egg and then fried in butter.

As for high chemical and salt content, well a lot of the prepared foods that are available in the supermarket, all the easy-to-eat snacks, and not to mention the well-known takeouts available everywhere.

i think pure lard. but anything with high levels of sodium and carbohydrates and preservatives are bad for you. so leave those twinkies and ho hos be.
