i worked at subway (in indiana, laws might be different there?) at 15...but i worked minimum wage and couldn't work certain shifts...technically wasn't supposed to use knives (which is a huge part of the job! i was in charge of cleaning and other crappy work until i turned 16) ... and couldn't close the store at night. had to work a certain number of hours per day (no more than 4 or 5 i believe) ...so, if you're 15 and they still have these laws, i'd wait until you were 16 to work at subway. you'll get paid more and you'll have a more fun job :) go, you sandwich artist!

It depends on your states laws regarding underage workers. 16 is typical for most states.
Don't be in a rush to get a job, You'll be working for the rest of your life.

At least 16, and most likely 18 or older to get the job since they want someone who has less commitments (school) and is more (assumedly) mature.
