Yes, but you wouldn't know it without a DNA test. Normally, each pup comes from its own fertilized egg - so every pup in the litter is technically a "fraternal twin". But just like in humans, one of the eggs can divide and give you identical twins.

Well since they usually have litters the term twin is a mite redundant.If you're speaking of identicals amoung the "herd". well that has been suspected before and I THINK that may have been geneticly proven but in most situations - well they are all sibs & simalarities are put down to that.

dogs usually have between 2-9 puppies in a litter depending on the breed

Only if there are two puppies in the litter.

Technically, twins are two individuals that are born at the same time.

Triplets are three, quads are four, quins are five... etc.

I think so. I mean they can have 9 at once.. But to look exactly alike, I dont know. Good question.
