One of the most well known cocktail recipes and probably one of the nicest to drink before a meal as an aperitif. A very pleasant drink.

salt and pepper
ice

and some add tabasco . . if you like it HOT!

There are so many ingredients that so many different people use but I gues the best answer is that it is individualistic. Some peopel may get the headaching relieft from an aspirin and another may get such froma beer. So you have to experiment. My solution to my hangovers is not to drink at all!

hangover is the bodies reaction to shock dehydration. alcohol replaces the water in your blood stream.
this causes the muscles to ache because they are not getting water (including the brain).

to cure a hangover before you go to bed drink a 16-24 oz bottle of water. put another bottle of water and/or gatoride/poweraide next to the bed to chug as soon as you wake up. if you wake up to pee during the night get a drink of water or juice before going back to bed each time.

in the morning take 2 tylenol & chug the other bottle of water - then follow up with a breakfast which includes juice or watery fruit like oranges, grapefruit or melon.
