go out with your girlfriends, pick up some hobbies, redecorate & cry.

i know that while you were in a relationship, you probably didn't have much time to have a girls night out. go out to dinner. gossip. go shopping.

start something you've always wanted to do. pick up painting, learn to sew, dance, travel, start a scrapbook, work out, SOMETHING! it's okay if you're no good at it. that's the fun part.

redecorate your room. rearrange your desk. don't look at the same crap you've had for the past 2 and a half years. get new bed sheets, paint your room, anything you can do differently, do it.

it's definitely good to let out a good cry. you're still human. cry all day if you want. i know you're gonna start looking ahead eventually.

good luck with everything.

i am so sorry to hear this happened. I know you are hurting. I have found that time is the only healer of a broken heart. Get outside and enjoy the sunshine. share time with family and close friends. Most importantly, don't let this keep you down. No door in our lives close without another one opening. Stay strong and true to who you are. Love yourself and let time do the rest. My prayers are with you.

Get busy doing something you like. Hang out with friends while doing things. Best thing to do is not dwell on him. I know that's hard not to do. If you keep busy, it's easier. Time does heal, but it heals quicker when you are concentrating on yourself and not him. Good luck.

I guess it depends on who broke up with who, and why! Time should heal your wounds.
