I fear that she may accept the boy whom her parents have chosen for her. But before that happens, i want to express my love to her. i feel that she may reject my proposal. somehow i need her. she thinks me as a good friend and even she has shared her ideas about her ex-boy friend with me. she is well aware that i know about her boy friend and her failure in love. please advise

I would continue to be a good friend and you will know when the time is right to say that you love her but she may not be ready for that right now.

HECK NAW!..if she just lost her love she'll be grieving..what she does not need right now is someone pushing her to be in love again. just be the best friend you can. then in a while once she is on her feet again...try out the love thing again

Ordinarily I would say no, it's too soon. However if there might be an arranged marriage then you prob should say something.

Could you live with not telling her? Great risks come with great rewards.
