I read that Britney took the tea to lose weight. Has anyone took the tea and did it work? OR was it a waste of money ??

Yes, oolong tea is effective for slimming and weight loss, but it also has these benefits:

lowers cholesterol and blood sugar
high content of antioxidants
strengthens tooth enamel
potent source of vitamins & minerals

The best part of all is that oolong tea is delicious and comes in many flavors. Try a Formosan oolong and others... hmm.

Both spellings are valid, but as for loosing weight from drinking tea all the caffeine and water will flush stuff from your body, but won't do that much unless it's loaded with diuretics which you don't want to play with. Not worth the risk to your heart etc. Diet pills kill people so I'd stay with going to the gym and eating right
