I just got done with one of those post-surgical liquid diets.

Jello, applesauce, pudding, ice cream, protein shakes, broth, Ensure, oatmeal, and just about anything you can put in a blender.

They only work if you can incorporate protein in the diet somewhere. I make fruit smoothies with fat-free plain yogurt (which has 8-10g protein). Also, you can buy the protein powder to mix w/ smoothies or whatever. Without protein, you'll be hungry often. good luck.

lots of smoothies, fruit punch, liptons green ice tea

one of my friends went on a diet which she only drank fruit punch, she used to weigh like 150 and now she weighs about 115, and she lost that in about three months, with barely any exercise
