it hurts to be violated in the life of love. We all been there and some more than others. I am sorry about the situation your have endured. So now its time to move on with your life. The person you should always truely love or trust is Jesus or God himself. I also would stay away for the love chat sites because its not all that great unless you wnat to get a quick fix.
I would start by getting touch with your family first if possible. Then talk to them and see what they can or can't do. Remember just listen to them and don'ttake it as a slap in the face. Take mental notes. There is over 50 million people in the US that is single and has been in your situation and found new friendship. The key is to listen and find out who a person is before jumping in to a relationship. That means it could take up to 2 years to know a person. Again if your heart is right then you will know if the person you are dealing with is right.

The only thing stopping you from loving or trusting is you. Stop living in fear.
Decide if you want to really live life, or cower and watch it pass right by you.
You might have many terrible relationships before you find your soul mate. All of the hardships will just make you appreciate it that much more when you find it.

hey i was like that except mine was in love 4 yrs ago got really hurt n yeah im still havin trouble trustin n lovin another man but its comin along slowly. i cant say its not hard coz it is but ova time it does become easier. im on the 1st stage of startin a new relationship wit sum1 n i cant say i 100% trust him yet but its there.

its madness to hate all roses as your were pricked by one thorn. similarly, its madness not to believe in others when u couldn't get success in one relationship....... the best way is to give urself some more time....... there's one book.... the power of your sub conscious mind........ read this book to get more positive about life....... and also believe not everyone is bad in this world....... you'll definitely start trusting people.....
