Sort of. I think it's very weird how atheists are so hung up on the God and bible and don't touch other religions and cults. Some Christians show their true color by getting offensive and wasting there time answering some of them. I am guilty sometimes and I have learned that they get there kicks by upsetting others that don't agree with them. Some of these people are probably lonely and stuck in their houses and have no one to love or no life at all.

No. I find the questions/answers that nicely compare the two and logically make sense to be interesting, not entertaining.

And most of the "atheists vs Christians" questions that I think you are talking about are just used to bash and insult.

I don't mind a joke but, it usually goes way too far.

As an atheist i glance on the outcomes and outcomes of acts. a baby does not have the psychological or actual adulthood to consent to such acts. It oftentimes ends up in profound psychological issues and sometime actual injury. Its a betrayal of their have confidence and abuse of the person place as an expert parent of their existence. i do no longer choose a Bible to tell me that strikes that harm others are incorrect, as i does no longer opt to stay in a international the place actually everyone seems to be okay in the event that they do such issues to me I understand that they experience the comparable and society purposes on reciprocal ethical agreements. Rape is incorrect no longer because of the fact of what some holy text fabric says yet because of the fact it harms others is against their will. it would be incorrect even and not utilizing a god or whether a god mentioned it become ok. some religious human beings seem to intend that if their e book didnt tell them or they suspect a god would punish for it each thing would be ok for them. This says extra negatively approximately such human beings to me then atheists. Btw, the Bible condoned the two rape and slavery in cases. i in my view think of this is immoral.

To a point. Depends on how eruditious the question, how incisive the hypothesis, and how dry the wit of the respondant.

I take no pleasure in the "God doesn't exist. Prove me wrong" questions, nor in the "What's the answer to 2 plus 6? Jesus!" sort of responses.

No. It's stupid for atheists to keep quoting bible verses and refute Christian theology to justify their stand. There are other religions than Christianity that believe in God. Christians on the other hand keep thinking that non-Christians are all atheists and keep bringing arguments about how God exists. There are other religions than Christianity that believe in God.

I saw your Matisyahu question. I'm in the same boat with you on that. I'm a non-believer but Matisyahu rocks. Even tho he refused to add me on MySpace based on my the answer I gave for my religion. He's still talented even if he does have an agenda. It was a great question is why I brought it up.... sorry.

i do, because i find it amazing that both sides think they have "proof" that god does/doesnt exist.

just because a book says something doesnt make it true. and just because you cant prove something, doesnt make it untrue. the absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence.

overly religious ppl are such a pain.... lol.... and an equal pain wouild have to be the ppl that have the same zealous views in favor of atheism.

Yes, those are my favorites to read. I do not belong to either group, and it is interesting to see how they each paint everything in extremes of black or white, no greys allowed.
