If you'd like to participate, please read everything below first, then let me know how you feel afterward:

Close your eyes. Notice how your breath feels...is it shallow or deep? Where does it go in your body?

Now actively breath deeper, your inhaled breath starting in your lower belly, filling up your chest, and reaching your throat. Your exhaled breath is released slowly back down through your body, like air slowly escaping from a balloon. Try another 3-5 breaths like this.

Open your eyes.

Now please answer...how do you feel? :)

I'm always concentrating on my breathing, so I feel like I always feel, which is infinitely better than a few years ago when breathing wasn't part of the equation for me.

I wanna try one of those oxygen bars sometime and see what O2 a la carte tastes like.

Welome to Yoga, Keep going until a breath takes 15 seconds in and fifteen seconds out, as you slow your heart rate down, the feelings will intensify and your thoughts will slow allowing you to focus on whatever you wish.
Peace Love and Light.

Lovely thank you. I need to be reminded from time to time to take a breathing break.

Great Question.

I do this type of thing all the time to relax and to start meditations.
It's relaxing, which helps you become more aware.

Not at all spiritual. To feel spiritually you need something spiritual. Chant Hare Krishna and be happy.

I tried to follow your instructions, but every time I reached "Close your eyes," I couldn't read what to do next.

Oh dear, sweetness, it's an achy day for me. I just noticed how my back and ribs were aching. Sorry about that. Usually mediative breathing really helps. Thanks though.
