Hi there,
My experience with trying to match a name to anything, seems to change daily. After my son was born, I tried calling him a different name every day. I was eventually forced by the Government to give him a full name. I ran through a book, and when I got to Z, we settled for a Z name.
I agree with your other answerer. Your dog will assist you with it's name.
With that combination of breed, you can go in so many directions.
I named our first dog V. Thats it. Just V.
My son named our second dog, Ghost Face Monk, and he is really a funny Monkey. It doesn't matter what we call him, he is deaf.
If you name her Honey, and call out to her, you will attract so many friends. :)

I've always looked to movies, books or celebrities for names.
I had a cat named Rajah (from the movie Aladdin)
I had a fish named Haplo (from a sci-fi book)
I have a cat named Monti (short for Mark Tremonti from Alter Bridge and formerly Creed)

I named my Yorkie Yoda. He looks like Chewbacca but I like the name Yoda. Makes sense to me but then I'm a bit warped. LOL
