I LOVE SUMMER!!!!!!!!

I think that maybe you heard that expression as a joke in some Latin American country because it has two meaning. One is "I love summer" and the other (bad meaning) is "I love to see an ***", and that's the reason, the word "verano" is separated in two "ver= to see in English" and "ano=*** or back in English". It's a common joke there.
I guess someone teased you.

It means "I love summer", but it should be written as "me encanta el verano".

Summer enchants me. Or summer charms me; I am charmed by summer. This word "encantar" in Spanish is more than just liking something; it means being charmed by, being entranced or seduced by in a non-sexual way. It means being intrigued or fascinated with.

Cheers, K
