Honestly, there is no such thing and growing out your hair "fast". Everyone's hair is designed to grow at a certain speed and nothing can alter this it's nature. I would suggest that you use agood shampoo and conditioner, stay away from curling irons and styles that are high maintenance. Do trim your hair every 6-8 weeks to remove the split ends. If you don't trim your hair you will have breakage. To create different styles while lettingyour hair grow try rollersets, and/or get you some ceramic flat irons. The ceramic coating help protect your hair a little.

DO'S -
- Massage your hair thrice a week with warmed-up coconut or olive oil for a few minutes. Let it stay for 20 minutes. If you have the time, wrap your well-oiled hair in a saran wrap and blow some hot air from a dryer. Do this for 5 minutes.
- After oil massage, always apply a protein mask. Yogurt, Mayo and cocunut milk are good masks. Let is stay for 35-45 minutes.
- Wash with only mild shampoos. Baby shampoos are best.
- If you can afford it, u might try using GNC's Ultra Nourishair dietary supplement tablets. It costs 16$ for 60 tablets.
As always, consult your physician before taking any medicine.
DON'TS
- Stop coloring or using chemicals on hair.
- Stop blow drying or relaxing your hair. Curlers and hot irons are a strict no-no.

Try getting about 1/2 inch trimmed off every 10 to 12 weeks to keep the ends neat. Since hair grows about 6 inches every year it's going to take a while for your hair to grow out, so just try to be patient. I know, easier said than done.

Take your vitamin B6. Make sure you have a protein-adequate diet. Use a good scalp cleanser--this will unclog the follicles that may be plugged up with oil, sebum, and dirt from the scalp. Try to keep your hair from binding, such as tight ponytails, clips, and other hair accessories. This minimizes breakage and helps to stimulate new hair growth by keeping existing hair healthy.

make sure that while you are growing it out, you keep it healthy by conditioning it really, really well. otherwise it will break off when you get split ends and not grow as fast as if it were healthy.
