crying. I know that's "bad" but at least I don't feel guilty or scared I'm going to be punished. I'm already being punished by theism.

Whine, whine, moan. oh well. Where is the question in that?

Whatever, you people like to argue and insult me, but when I get tired of the Q&A game, these theists are still running around, crazy as babboons, voting for Bush, and I hate it! It's fun to banter, but it really matters, and I have real emotions about how poorly theists are driving the bus we're all in.

dumpfinds, you're a good example of arrogant dumbass. There's just no comparing religion with reason.

I would feel cocky and pleased with myself for a second, I bet, but I have as much compassion as anyone. I also have as much spontateous emotion too, and I have spent so much energy beating my head against theistic brick walls, that I would have a spark of pride and triumph and "told you so," especially since they are mourning something I never had and that they would deny me anyway.

Well being theistic myself I can't totally agree with everything you said, but I do agree that the uneducated theist, mostly being Christian, that voted for Bush were and still are crazy, but those are the same ones that think homosexuals getting married is the most important issue America is facing now. Personally I'm not the type that preaches on street corners and the ones that do annoy the sh*t out of me, but the reason these people get what they want is because they are the loudest. If we want to change the world then we have to start caring enough to do so. It takes work, risk and yes sometimes fighting, that's were some of my fellow liberals get it wrong sometimes I believe. In order to make a difference you can't just run off to Africa and help those people, you have to stay here and face the problems of your own country first, then worry about the rest of the world. I'm not against this, but we look like fools helping tsunami victims and then letting what happened to New Orleans happen. I digress, I think that theist doesn’t make stupid any more then atheist makes smart, but I do think that both voted for Bush and look what happened. God bless. :)

I'm a theist. I didn't vote for Bush.

I also firmly believe that religion should not get within 500 yards of the government, that evolution should be taught in science classrooms rather than creation theories, and that no one should judge others by their beliefs, or push their beliefs on others. Ditto, no one should use their religion to justify violence.

I know that what I believe can not be scientifically proven. I'm okay with that. I am also okay that others do not believe the same way I do, and some do not believe at all.

I try not to generalize about people based on whether or not they believe in a religion.

I wish you hadn't sent this out.

You make atheists look bad.

Why be so mad? Most people just stay with the way they are raised. Be proud that you were able to cast that nonsense aside. Or if you were raised to be a freethinker, you can thank your parents.

It's a free country, people have the right to believe and express nonsense: one god/3 persons, a being that is both a perfect god and an imperfect human, The perfect god is incapable of forgiving without the torture of the 2 in one son.

They have the right to state flat out contradictions, and call them holy mysteries.
Just ******* get over it.

I don't want the theists to cry, I want them to be more sensible.

I challenge you to lead an exemplary life, show people that we are not evil.

I wish you well.

At least we have some one to whine and moan to who will make a difference and the streets we ultimately get to walk on will be paved with gold because it's not a rare precious commodity in heaven by which our earthly funds used to be based upon but aren't anymore; all you get to whine and moan at is us! And you'll never get a street to walk down and see us on. Where is the question in that? In that you haven't begun to know what punishment is and I'm sorry you've chosen to be so blinded by your atheistic ways that you have rejected the only one who could show you those ways. And theism isn't punishing you yet - wait until you're in hell and you know the fury of theism. Then you'll understand punishment.

I don't understand why you feel this way. What's the use of asking these questions like this? Is life that bad where you feel you have to get on the internet to express you anger and waste ur life on this site about people you don't even know? Life must have dealt you a bad card game obviously. Are you those type of people who can't go outside and are in front of computer everyday with no one and no life? Handi -capped? Lonely? If so, I can't have any bad feelings for you because you need Jesus in ur life. He will feel that void or emptiness. I don't know who have hurt you but you need help, seriously!

I get so frustrated, and wish athiests would just find out they are wrong and I could walk down the street and see them realise how much better their lives get. I don't feel guilty or scared I'm going to be punished.

Okay, so we can't prove I'm right, but we can't prove you are either, so why be so sure of yourself?
And at least my way is hoping to better your lives rather than saying 'I told you so' while people cry. What kind of person are you?

=) okay...go ahead and laugh it up. now...where is the evidence to back this claim?

Look at you hand right now...go ahead...take a good hard look. There is more evidence on you hand for intelligent design than there is for evolution in the entire world. Do you see how complex it is? Fingerprints, sweat glands, oil glands, joints, and fingernails. without even one of these the human race would go extinct. Evolution? No. Did it pop up out of nowhere? No. The answer is intelligent design.

I'll pray for you so that you may open your ears instead of dogmatically following the teachings of public schools. =)

I am against Bush- I voted against Bush, everyone I know voted against Bush. And most of us are Non-Believers. Who are you to say who is right and who is wrong? NO ONE KNOWS WHO IS RIGHT OR WRONG. No one has died and rearose from the grave to tell us which is right to believe. And true atheists believe in nothing, therefore, despite what you say they will not believe you.
I believe in Druidism. http://www.crystalinks.com/druids.html

The Trinity in modern christianity came from Celtic Christianity and was an exoteric version of the teachings of Druidism - in that the Father was Hu Gudarn, the Holy Spirit was Elzen the numionous power of the Sun and Jesus was Esus who was the Son of the Father and the Sun.

Why do you worry so much about the religion, or, lack there of, in others? And how are you being punished? What do atheist walk by and kick you? Should I take a number, I'm atheist.

You unfortunately typify many atheists attitudes. Let me pose a question, since you did not: atheism means "no god." Tell me, since you made the claim that "theists are wrong" where is the proof of no god? And if you are an agnostic, that is even less desireable, since agnostic means not knowing. Its Latin equivalent would be "ignoramus."
