There is no way to dissolve kidney stones naturally. There are three ways to get rid of kidney stones.
1. Pass them out your urinary tract.
2. Have lithotripsy.
3. Have the stones retreived/blasted and removed by laproscopy.

I don't think that there is a way to dissolve kidney stones naturally or without ultrasonic waves. However you can prevent kidney stones period by drinking tons of water. Also if you have kidney stones that are still inside your kidney make sure not to eat very rich, greasy or acidic foods because this can cause the kidney stone to come out of the kideny which is extremely painful.

2. You need a doctor to analyse the kind of stone you have to provide you better advice of what to eat or drink. Some food may predispose you to develop kidney stone.
3. Avoid holding your urine; the more you pee, the better are the chances to pass the smaller stones before becoming large to pass out.

Well you should really take antibiotics, they don't have side effects and they really help out a lot.
I know that when you have a kidney INFECTION, cranberry juice is a natural way to help it. Cranberry juice is good for cleaning out/flushing out your system. Believe it or not, beer actually can help clean out your system as well. Now whether or not these remedies will work for kidney STONES, I'm not sure.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.
It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

You can't do anything once you have them, but to prevent them drink more water to keep your kidneys flushed. Taking cranberry pills or juice are found in stores, they have some proven abilities to prevent.
