Well, not working at it may be one of the reasons your tummy isn't slim. If you aren't active, your body doesn't have much muscle, which means that any excess weight you have is fat. Even if you're skinny, you may still have a slightly fat tummy.

So you need to consider starting more exercise. Without it, your metabolism will slow down as you get older, and your jeans will get tighter and tighter even if you eat less and less. If you exercise more and eat reasonably, your body will grow more muscle, which burns calories all day. Your body will lose weight quicker and will resist gaining fat.

In so many words, you can't lose that belly fat without work. Sorry. There's no magic pills, there's no 30 crunches a day, and the starvation routine usually works for about a day or two.

To lose body fat you must consume less food than you burn everday. This also means increasing your activity level. The fitness level will help you look sleek and more fit rather than emaciated and sickly that are the direct result of starvation routines.

To help, use a free website such as http://www.fitday.com to record your daily food intake and activities. Try to consume 250 - 400 calories per day less than you use. Eventually the weight and flab will come off.

The bottom line is you are going to have to make up your mind that losing flab is going to do take work. Once you make that commitment, your life will change for the better in just about every facet. Looking for short cuts or an easy way will result in what you got: chubbiness.

Good luck.

Eat less, and do more activites. Stay away from soda. Alot of people don't realize that drinking a glass of soda is almost, if not worse, than eating a cookie, as far as sugar content. Take the stairs when you go to the local mall rather than the elevator or escalator. Don't always look for that closest "rockstar" parking space, take the extra few steps. If you ahve time at home, do a few sit-ups and /or crunches in your spare time. When you eat, eat lighter and less amounts, keep it higer in protien and less in carbohydrates and you will bunr the calories faster. When you choose to eat carbs (because you body does need them) make sure they are good carbs from breaks and grains rather than bad ones from soda and junk food. A little discipline and in a few weeks you will really see a difference. Good luck!

I would start doing crunches. 100 in the morning and 100 at night. I did that for 2 weeks and most of the fat by my abs vanished. If you want a really cut stomach do 200 or 300 each time

Tummy tuck is one of the commonest surgery performed today.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.

my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery including tummy tuck procedures through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amoun she was quoted in USA.hope this helps.

liposuction is always there but i wudnt recommend it...many of us dont kno this but plastic surgery can be FATAL! so i wud advise u 2 do it the hard way - workout, that way u'll appreciate the end results more...and not only will ur tummy get reduced, u'll be an over-all healthy person.

You should really try the ab lounger. Yes they are expensive, but you could probably find a barely used one at a garage sale. I love mine and it really works.
