Years...my parents hardly ever drink, and only bust out the liqueur when they have guests (hardly ever). Therefore, they have a lot of really old bottles...and they taste just fine. Liquor can hold for a while, just as long as it doesn't contain anything perishable...for example, Chambord has natural fruit in it, so it won't keep for long, and neither will Irish Cream.

About forever. Alcohol is a preservative. That's why they make sweet wines, sherry, port and bock beer.

I am sure that you will drink it before the month is over.
