This is actually a favorite at the restaurant I own. We make our own chili there, but you could use any kind really. I prefer with beans, others like without.

Large serving crispy french fries, top with chili, add desired amount of shredded cheddar (I put a bit of shredded pepper jack cheese too), throw on some diced onions & green peppers and top with a dollop of sour cream and a dash of Frank's hot sauce (or tobasco)

enjoy!

If you add the cheese right after you put the heated chili on, then additional warming really isn't necessary!

Get some frozen fries and cook them in the oven. Add some canned or frozen chilli (skyline is really good) and then top with some shredded cheese. It's pretty easy to make and totally satisfies that craving. Best wishes

Oh my god that sounds so good right now. Take your favorite kind of fries, heat them up. Get a can of Hormel or jar Bush's Chili and your favorite kind of cheese. When the fries are done, put the Chili and cheese on top and put it in the broiler to get it all nice and hot. Extra things to add: Onions, Bacon, jalapenos--go for the gusto--you already have plenty of calories to start with. Enjoy.
