To answer your question, yes, they do.
Do guys tend to date, marry, stay true to a woman with huge boobs? This cannot be answered because a relationship is not dependent on the physical. My wife is a small 'A' and I don't think I could love her more and have no interest in anyone else. Am I attracted to "larger" women? Hell yes. Am I tempted by any of them? Absolutely not.

Well we sure don't hate them. Like I don't think I've ever heard a guy say: "I really like that girl but her boobs are too big."
Small boobs aren't bad either, a lot of girls who are flat as boards get plenty of guys but they do have to do more to caught our attention.

i guess it depends on the specific guy
for me, i hate large boobs because 90% of the time they are attached to a fat woman
i'd rather small boobs with a good shape on a slim woman
