Yeah I have limewire aswell and it doesn't let me download certain songs either, I thot it was my messed up computer but I was wrong..

This is most likely because there aren't enough people sharing that specific song, so you won't be able to download it. Check for number of sources, the higher the better.

That depends on wether the people who have the songs you want in their computers are connected at the time or not. check out the star rating, 4 and 3 stars are worth trying. 2 or 1 are not.

lime wire is very sensitive program some files are NOT good so if they wont go dont do it they are either corrupted or just not compatible make sure u try to just load mp3 file sources so that you know for a fact that it will play on ur system media player

you have to have enough sorces to download a song. some unpopular or older songs don't have enough sorces u can try bearshare www.bearshare.com but it will come with an adware program

check the downloading speed chose the speed u have ex. cable/dsl
