I have a tattoo and want two or three more. I understand what he is saying cause when I look at women I see a soft smooth prefect creature and tattoos can, but not always, take away that beauty of a woman. I dont think it would be right for him to force you to remove them or stop you from getting anymore either. This is just how I feel and would never stop my fiance if she wanted one.

I guess having a tatoo is expressing your personality and it up to the person to decide whether or not a tatoo is appropriate. Some would say that tatoos are unprofessional but that depends on your field of work. Now as far as men vs women, there is no sex boundary. Women are free to get tatoos just as well as men are there is no book of rules that says we can't. Whether men find it attrative or not is up to them. Tell him to be a lil more liberal, if he met you that way then he should not have any problems with it.

I think tattoos are fine for either, I have 2 and looking at getting a couple more. My husband has 2. Its all a matter of opinion. What does he expect you to do? Doesn't sound like you kept them a secret. He will have to get over it or you will have to move on.

It´s your choice if you want tatoos, never let anyone make you (or not let you) do something. If you like your seven tatoos then that´s fine.. nothing to be embarassed about and if you want more, then get more. Live your life the way you will be happiest.
If your boyfriend has a good reason then try to respect him (maybe just get another small one, or get one that has to do with him too-it´ll make him feel good, i doubt he´ll mind, or if he´s got a good enough reason then don´t get one). If his only reason is because women shouldn´t but men can, then you don´t need to listen to him. Women have the same rights as men and can make their own choices

according to the Bible the body is a holy temple and should be treated as such; but as you know we don't really think of that when we defile ourselves. I have a tattoo and plan on getting another it's art, an expression, it's enjoyable and if you feel like this it's your body (well God's) and you should do as either you or God feels, only you will have to be judged on your body. Do You!

visit a doctor to find out whether you and your husband is fit for a surgery. Vasectomy operation for men is very easy and simple procedure. It has lesser hospital stay because of early recovery. If your husband is not fit for surgery then you can go for sterilization procedure like laparoscopic tubal ligation. It is also a short procedure but general anesthesia is required which has few contraindications and sometimes can cause complications related to anesthesia. Both the procedure has advantages and complications. But in a good hospital and with the good doctor operating chances of complications are very rare. Hope this is helpful to you. Good luck.

"i think he is stupid for this because he likes tattoos but only on men" shows you don't respect his wishes especially if you got them while you were dating and he said to you he didn't like them on women and etc.. However, if you got them before you two met then he has totally contradicted his beliefs. So, he can get over it and shut his pie hole ... in my opinion

I think it's a double standard..I think it's perfectly fine that women have tatoos..I have 6..but just like yours, mine are small, and very discreet..they are only visible if i want them to be..so i don't think it's a problem. get your tatoo girl, just make sure it's not too big;)..and he met you with your tattoos, so i don't understand the problem..
