Because when the towel is wet, it will eventually milldew. You will never wash all of the bacteria and fungus from your body. So it's a good idea not to share towels and hang them up to dry thouroughly after use. You can use them a couple of days, then, go ahead and get a fresh one.

The dampness from our bathing can cause germs & bacteria to grow on the towel. I always put my towels into the dryer after I use them with a Bounce sheet. I only use my towels a maximum of 3 times before I wash them again.

The towel generally collects dander and dust. When wet, a towel can also collect mildew/mold. Washing them helps prevent the build up of these types of things.

Bacteria builds up on the towel. Especially once it's wet, when you dry off.

skin cells still wipe off and decompose on the towel...plus bacteria grows where there is moisture...on your towel....and the water from the shower has stuff in it...looks clean but is it? :)

Because the moisture from us can cause them to smell musty. Also, when drying ourselves, dead skin gets on them as well as body oils.

Umm because they are wet after we dry ourselves, we are wiping away dead skin cells wen we wash and dry our selves...it's only sanitary to do so... i am sure u know this

Because they will start smelling after a while! Smelling like mildew.
