First, let them know that you will definitely miss them after you leave.
Then just tell yourself that this is something which you must get through. If you can, call them at the end of your first day and maybe after a couple more days.
Tell them, of course, that you miss them but don't dwell on that if it only makes you sad. Tell them what you are doing, how you're keeping busy, what fun you're having and what interesting things you have done or new people you've met.
A week can seem like forever but it really isn't that long of a period of time in the overall scheme of things. And of course, the busier you are - the quicker the week will pass. The more free time you have, the more likely you are to dwell on what you are missing and then likely get bring you down - so just make sure to keep busy. Not just with yourself but with others as well.
Remember, it WILL be hard this time but the next time it won't be as tough. I guarantee it.

I felt that way the first time I went somewhere without my parents. After about 2 days, I was ok. I sure was appreciative of them when we got back together. I think its sweet that you care that much. It will be over before you know it.

Just behave the way your parents taught you to and have a good time. If you handle this OK you might get another chance.
