He likes you if he gets jealous when other guys talk to you... if he thinks that you´re not interested then he might try to make you jealous by talking to lots of other girls. Also, if you can tell that he´s acting really different around you (often they are more shy) then he probably likes you. Usually when people like you they´ll try really hard to make you happy. Saying sweet things, constantly sticking up for you, maybe buying you presents, those are also signs that he likes you. Lastly, if he likes you (unless he´s really shy) then he probably looks at you a lot... it´s natural to look at the person you like or the person that you´re constantly thinking of.
Sadly, there´s no way to know for sure if this guy does like you but you just gotta trust your instinct and be open with your feelings to him. Think about it, what´s the worst thing that could happen by doing that?

Well, you can normally sense it. If he talks to you differently, like softer, than to other girls then that can be a sign. The main thing is if he makes a move. If he doesn't ask you out or call you more than once, don't worry about it. He may like you, just not enough for anything to really happen. If he likes you he'll make time for you.
