Since there is very little appetite for whale blubber anymore I would do a mix of kabobs. Fish and some type of meat, if oyu want to get fancy and have access to it maybe reindeer. Of course you could always have steak and call it reindeer. Who doesn't like meat on a stick. Serve with flat bread and a veg soup and you will have everyone thinking you are authentic. For spices or recipes i would look into Nepalese cooking since they live in the mountains. good luck
