ok well i really like him and we talk alot at school and we do alost with each other like movies and stuff-but whenever i im him he only im's me back if it's about himself-and i wish he would im me back about everything-idk i guess i just need advice!

If you want him to talk to you more about topics other than himself, then you should be direct and say that to him. If you talk with him a lot in school or when you guys are out together I wouldn't put too much weight into IM. If all he ever talks about is himself, then you'll more than likely just have to have him as a friend and nothing more.
