My ex girlfriend calls me at work just to wish me happy birthday. I havent talked to her in three months. Then she wanted me to call her back so she could get what day my birthday was on. What does this girl want. Is she trying to win me back? and if so, what do I do.

Only one way to find out, call her back. You have to take into consideration why you broke up in the first place. If you want to work things out then go for it. If your not interested let her know.

That['s easy! If you don't want her back, don't call her back. If you do, that's more complicated. You can try to talk things through and work things out, but just remember you broke up for a reason and things will not magically be okay if you get back together. It will take allot of work from both of you!

She wants to be wanted. All people do. She knows that you still care and it makes her feel good knowing that. Next time she calls, hang up.
If she calls back, tell her you are busy talking to your new girlfriend and you'll call her back. If you want the upper hand in the future of this relationship, if there is any, you will get it this way. Leverage, the name of the game.

Do you want her back? if she is contacting you it could be that maybe she just cares. If she continues ask her what she wants.
