Harish, I feel the same way when going into interviews. One thing I do that helps, is interview for a lot of jobs--jobs that I am overqualified for and don't plan on taking. That way I can get practice interviewing and it doesn't feel so bad. Another thing is that I bought one very good suit that I only wear for interviews, and some good shoes to go with it (keep them polished). It is true that if you look good, you feel good. The third thing to do is to be as prepared as possible--research the company that you're interviewing for, and practice answering the questions that you think will be asked. Here is a link to more interview advice.
The last thing is kind of silly but I practice in front of a mirror the things I will say and how I will behave. It really does help some. Don't take medicine; it won't help and you don't need it. Good luck, Harish.

I was the same way! Jog Around the Block 1 or 2 times to get rid of all of your Pinned Up Energy, and Anxiety Before you go! Take Deep Breaths. You will be ok! Good Luck!!!

first of all, if you have interviews, it is a good start. You just have to practice. ask your friend to practice with you. If one does not work out, keep doing it.. At one point you will get thru. Trust me, you will!!

And tell yourself "I will.."
