A lot of people today want a secure job, with benefits, and great pay. Financial freedom is a revolutionary concept, in which individuals do not depend on a job but earn income from their investments.

I prefer Financial Security because I can control my income. I know exactly what I can spend on, I know what my goals are, I know I will get money in my bank bi-weekly because I am working for it. Thats because I am a working citizen and I am earning my income.
Financial Freedom is for people who won the lottery and is already financially secure. If they do not have the financial security, and they attempt a life of financial freedom, then they better be VERY good at what they are investing in. Investments are playing the lottery, not everyone can live off it.
Its like asking someone if they like to be in control or if they like to take risks.....I'm a coward, I like to take control.

Financial Security depends on a lot of factors. So the answer to that depends on those factors.
Financial Freedom also depends on a lot of factors.
Bottom line is, if you are a rich billionaire but got hit by a car the next day, it won't matter.
