Is there someplace you can report bad driving? It's a horror to take a tibs bus - especially when it's empty, because there's no one to fall back on when you lose balance getting to a seat!

Probably becos SBS has got a more comprehensive reward and punishment scheme which encourages their driver to behave. TIBS has got a relative shorter history and their work force is smaller. That might make it a little harder for the company to offer such programs.

I Thought if it's empty you should be sitting? Report can be made in The Straits Times or directly to the Land Transport Authority or SMRT HR Department( for TIBS).
