Is your BAC the same if you have 1 beer and a pain killer than if you just have 1 beer?

No, the only thing that affects your BAC (Blood Alcohol Count) is the amount of alcohol molecules floating in your bloodstream. If you use painkillers while you drink it may increase your "high" but it doesn't change your BAC level... by the way, you probably shouldn't be drinking and driving, or drinking driving and taking painkillers it's a recipe for disaster!

First of all - you should never take any kind of pain killers and drink - that's a good way to make yourself sick or have a bad reaction
