Where in Singapore can I buy shoes for people with flat feet?

Got a friend with flat feet and he can't find shoes that give good arch support. Are there any stores that sell special footwear to alleviate the pain of flat feet?

New Balance is supposed to have different type of shoes for different type of feet. You could try that. These shoes are available at Royal Sporting House stores.

I haven't seen any, though I got myself a pair from US on my last trip there.
My latest pair of Hush Puppies seems to be doing well. For sneakers... forget it.
