The radio station at work was having a debate on this subject and the woman DJ said she likes to eat peanutbutter and bolgona sandwiches and then another guy called in and said he likes peanutbutter and tomato sandwiches. Personally I think this is gross and the only strange thing I have done with food myself is put ranch dressing in my spaghetti...but I don't do that anymore :o) hehe

I went over to my friend's house and saw he had what looked like chicken wings on his bbq. Upon closer inspection they were duck heads. I asked him if he really ate that stuff and he said yes. I was hungry so I picked at the head and ate the brain. Very little meat, but it wasn't bad.
The guy is Mien and they have really strange "beer food." Pigs feet, entrails, etc. I've tried it all, but the duck heads were the weirdest.

A couple of years ago I was driving through southern Louisiana, when I accidently ran over a snapping turtle. I stopped the truck to see if I killed the poor critter, when a older man in an old beat up GMC pickup stopped and asked if he could have the turtle. Of course I said fine, he picked it up, and put it int eh back. I asked him what he was going to do with it, and the responce was "goin' ta make meself sum soup!!" Now I've heard of turtle soup, but roadkill soup?!?! One of the stranger things I saw in Lousiana.

When my husband was traveling overseas for work, he went to a restaurant where they served monkey brains. He said that the idea made him so sick, that he just got up and left without eating a thing.
