Mojo, you sly old dude. No-one but you could come up with a concept like this one.
Actually, it is not wrong, it is despicable. It is the worst case of flagrant abuse that has yet been recorded on Yahoo Answers (and knowing Laura, perhaps one of the funniest).
What is wrong is wanting a one legged girlfriend just to win the three-legged race at the company picnic.

Attempting to get a leg up on the competition is not wrong. All is fair in love, life, and amusement parks.

Very very altruistic of you Mojo. Laura is a lucky gal to have someone so caring and selfless and looking out for her best interests....
Sauron: how did you equate 30% with a leg? Any special calculus required to arrive at that figure? lol

Absolutely not, I've often considered taking a friend to Disneyland in a wheelchair just to skip the queues. A little less dramatic than going to all the trouble of a relationship =)

I used my one legged girlfriend in bey blade competitions. She worked great, I just wrapped her up in rope pulled it and let her spin. she was amazing.
I do not think you are wrong at all. I would suggest you should be aware you are exploiting her handicap. Not that it's a problem, just something you should be aware of when you share your joke with friends or anyone else within earshot.

There are many reasons to want a 1 legged gf! You know she won't run away from you. You won't have to dance with her. If she asks you to paint her toe nails or rub her feet, you are done in half the time.

Go ahead ... TAKE her to Disneyland. That's a minor reward ... After all, haven't you been making HER step on the spiders that are on the floor in the corners of the room?

You wouldn't really be avoiding standing in line if she were in a wheelchair and still wanted to ride something. You'd still have to push her wheelchair and fall in line, right?
We have lines because we have discipline.

Hey, if it works for you and no one is getting hurt. Go for it.
Is it wrong of me to have a mom in a wheel chair just so I can see free movies at the movie theater? :)

not at all
like they say everything is fair in love and war..
and this case actually covers both of these..you love her and it is war to stand in those extremely long lines..
so I think it is a good idea...
the real question here is..if you buy her new shoes..do you say new shoes or new shoe? and do you get half off because all she needs is one...?
good luck
smile
have fun..
