Find out if you can work and complete your studies, I did and my results were better due to work experience in the same field I was studying

I can tell you from experience that it is very difficult. However, if the job is in the field that you are studying and finishing up, then I'd say take the job and complete your studies. I currently work full-time and go to school three quarters time with a family on the side and it's incredibly difficult, but if it's what you want/need then that's what you do.

There are alot of things that can impact your decision. I chose to work and attend school at the same time, however, my class schedule made that possible (I went to night school 3 times a week for 5 hours). Even though alot of jobs nowdays do offer tuition reimbursement, they dont always make it available right away, or they require you to work there for a specific amount of time. As someone else stated, the combination of a degree and work experience in the field is a HUGE advantage!!! It helped me get a great job with a MAJOR company. Do you really think you can handle the additional load of a job in addition to school? That is something only you can answer. My final answer: If the job is in your field, if you are capable of handling the load then by all means go for the emplyment as a compliment to school. It will pay off for you in the long run.

I would work while studying becuase their are obvious benefits. 1) You will gain valuable work experience (depending on if the job is in or around the career field you want)
2) You can create an internship or Coop out of the opportunity and earn school credit while working.
3) Maybe your employer will offer a tuition reimbursement program where they will either pay upfront or reimburse you for the money you spent on school.
and finally 4) Hey if you start working now you won't end up like me and many other college graduates who are stuck looking for a job after they graduate.

Experience in the workforce is important, however if the time commitment is too much to handle while working and studying, both your job and your studies could be affected. Be smart if you decide to take the job, and know that there should be a balance that will allow you to benefit from both the experience of working and going after your education. Good luck!

First off your studies are more important than anything, but if you feel you can work a few hours while studing go for it becasue it is nice to have a little cash in your pocket. If your grades start slipping quit becasue you can always find a job after school and have an easy time to do so becasue of college background

If you feel you can study and work then do so. If you feel it would be too much to do both at the same time then by all means finish your studies then work.

Would your possible job be in the area that you are studying? Would your possible job be full time or part time? Most people benefit from getting the education that goes with a degree. If a job is taking you away from learning, it isn't worth it.

I think it is smart to do both if you can. Working while doing school is a good way to prepare yourself for all the responsibilties that you will be facing when you are finished with school, you will also learn about people through work.
I would do both, if it is physically and mentally possible for you at this time.

That depends on what kind of job you would be working. If it is a part time job that will allow you to continue your education, than go for it.

I would strongly recommend you finishing your schooling first.
